The SEG Foundation is proud to launch our new initiative- the Assist for Good Grant. Student groups at junior high and high schools across Utah are welcome to apply for up to $2,000 to be used to give back to students at their school who are struggling. The purpose of the grant is to use the funding to help students recognize the needs of their peers and provide a way to help them address that need.
Examples: starting a clothing closet that students in need can shop from, hosting weekly lunch groups to get students to meet new people, etc.
All proposals must be submitted by March 20, 2026. Winners will be notified by March 23rd. Winners are expected to begin executing their winning program by April/May. Winning groups will be invited to a special experience at a Utah Jazz or Utah Mammoth game at the end of March.
